I was desperate for an urgent repair on my AMG SL Mercedes, Darren & Sanj assessed it straight after i dropped it off, they were very understanding and leant me a new courtesy car to get to a urgent business meeting and fixed mine that day at a very reasonable price (nearly half what Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge quoted me), he has since serviced and MOT'd the car. Both times I have used The Prestige Service Centre's services I have been exceptionally pleased with them and the exceptional customer service. Thank you Darren, it is a rare thing in this day and age to find an honest and well mannered mechanic who does not take advantage of a person who knows minimal things about the lovely car that is there very lifeline for work !!!

Customer service and professionalism beyond my BMW main dealer at a much cheaper reasonable price. Until now i have always felt there are two options the expensive BMW Main Dealer or some dodgy backstreet garage until i found the Prestige Service Centre. From the moment i arrived i was treated like a VIP, given fresh coffee, seen immediatley, shown the amazing workshop and facilities, met the mechanic who would be working on my car and talked through the repair in detail, started immediately, finished on time as per the estimate and much cheaper than my main dealer quotes. Dont be put off by the expensive cars they work on, they work on all cars and still provide the same treatment at a great prices.

Wow, totally blown away thank you. After finding the Prestige Service Centre through Google i took a trip down to discuss my servicing needs on my Bentley GT. Having always used HR Owen Bentley in Weybridge i was reluctant to go elsewhere until i met these guys. They knew pretty much the faults with my car in an instant and even plugged in the diagnostics machine to show me. I decided to leave my car with them and was driven home to Weybridge by a very well mannered driver. Upon collecting my car i was blown away , the car was fully valeted and polished and looked like new as it was presented to me in their indoor handover area and was given a full rundown of work carried out and print outs of wheel alignment and the diagnostics before and after. I really cannot recommend the service enough, not only did it exceed my main dealer experiences they saved me over 40% of what the main dealer quoted. Simply Faultless

 I just wanted to write and say thank you and what a pleasure it was to finally find a place that one understands the car and two provides the best customer service i have ever received. 

I called the garage after hitting the front wheel hard on a London kerb in my McLaren MP4-12C. The Prestige Service Centre were able not only to perfectly repair, paint and match my stealth lightweight alloy wheel colour (which no one except them could get the colour code for) , they checked the wheel alignment & suspension for movement and adjusted back perfectly. As i live and work in Central London, they collected the car free of charge and i travelled down by train to inspect and collect my car a few days later after work as they are next to the train station. I was presented my car back in immaculate with full print out reports to show the alterations made. All for only 40% of the price i was quoted by McLaren, I will be back soon for a service.
